Dance performance with live music:
The Apple Chill Cloggers have a number of different clogging routines that demonstrate the various clog steps and dance figures. The Cloggers not only exhibit team clogging, but also demonstrate individual or “buck” and “flatfoot” dancing. In the case of a program including other entertainment we have found that interspersing one or more of our highly energetic routines throughout the regular program can add variety and excitement to any program or show.
We perform with many different local old time musicians. Bands have included: Five Point Rounders, Blue Star Travelers, Hushpuppies, Starlite Stringband, Kickin’ Grass, Stillhouse Bottom Band, The Tims Family Band, Fescue 911, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Town Mountain, or Carolina Catbirds.
Lessons
